Beringer Winery Overview
Beringer Vineyards embodies the timeless appeal and seductive flavor of the Napa Valley. As the region’s oldest continuously operating winery, Beringer is an American wine icon built on 148 years of winemaking tradition. Located in the of the heart of Beringer’s picturesque property is the world-renowned event space, the Hudson House. Built in the mid 1800s, the Hudson House was the home of founder Jacob Beringer. The Main Dining Room accommodates 90 guests. The outside areas include a breathtaking Redwood Grove and alfresco dinning for 150 in their estate gardens.Venue Notes
The rental fee ranges from $10,000 to $15,000 for a reception and ceremony and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,000/hr. A minimum of 3 cases of wine must be purchased through winery. - Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Beer and wine only- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by 10:00PM- No open flames allowed- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Valet parking or shuttle service required- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
