Nestled above bustling Connecticut Avenue, Kabin’s 3,200 square foot lounge creates a step out of the everyday and into the Alps. With space for up to 252 guests, Kabin’s luxurious interior is roomy enough for large functions while also cozy enough for the most intimate parties. Reminiscent of the culture of the French Alps or Aspen, the lounge features a sleek, modern aesthetic inspired by 1970’s alpine culture. The space is complete with exposed brick covered in cool murals, white vintage chandeliers, marble accents, and plenty of room to dance, which add to the elegant, fun, and stylish atmosphere. The rental fee for the private bar is $4,000. There is no rental fee for the Lounge but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events in this space. The venue includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is included with reception rental or starting at $1,500 for a ceremony-only wedding.
