The rental fee ranges from $6,000 to $12,000 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. On Wedding Spot, sunset rental fees are listed. Please inquire with venue to discover morning rental fees. A non-refundable security deposit of a $2,000 for a ceremony; in addition to, a non-refundable security deposit of $2,000 for a reception is required.
