The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The setup fee for a ceremony with reception rental ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the number of guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr.
