Its spacious second floor can accommodate 140 people for a seated dinner or up to 180 for a standing reception. Featuring brick walls, original artwork, high exposed ceilings, and state-of-the-art lighting, this industrial chic space offers a blank canvas that you can transform and decorate for the wedding of your dreams. The rental fee is $425 for a reception and includes 3 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $425. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $125/hr. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. Please note venue is not available for private events on Sundays.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors only- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- LED candles only- Music must end by 11:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- No smoking- Venue must approve all decorations
