The rental fee is $6,200 for a ceremony and/or reception. The venue rental fee includes tables, chairs and linens for up to 200 guests and has capacity for 500. For events over 200 guests, there is an additional $60 per every table of 8 as well as an additional $230 security guard fee per 100 additional guests. For events with a guest count over 250, an additional $300 for an assistant coordinator will apply. A refundable security deposit of $500 and a cleaning deposit of $300 are required. Please note you must use the venue's approved friendly and professional bartender(s).Amenities And Requirements
